Shipping & delivery
We do our very best to ensure that you receive your socks as fast as possible.
Delivery time
All items are normally dispatched within two working days from the time we receive payment.
Place your order and make payment before 4pm (UK Time) and it will be handled the same working day using Express Mail Service (EMS).
The delivery times are:
– Within UK & EU: 7-10 business days;
– Rest of the world: 14+ business days.
Delivery time for “Available on backorder” is minimum 21 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and we shall not be liable for delays caused by Customs entry procedures nor in the delivery process.
* Please note: there could be a possible delay in delivery to Italy, Switzerland, Canada due to local regulations.
Shipping charges
Shipping is free when you order Five or more products. If you order less that that amount, shipping charge will be added to your order:
– Within EU: € 9.00
– Rest of the world: € 14.99
Custom duties
Your order is sent from our UK or European warehouses. When ordering goods for international deliveries you may be subject to import duties and/or taxes that apply to your country, ROCKSOCK is not responsible for any charges that are incurred from custom or import duties. Therefore we suggest that you check the requirements in your country before placing an order.
